Tech Supporters Are Human Too!

Yet another spam email arrives. I am bored so I take to Twitter to moan about it (not even considering I might get a reply:

Okay, um, oops…  I replied

Hmm. This was supposed to be a generic rant not a support request!

And just to prove the techs are human and have a sense of humour:

I laughed and didn’t have the heart to play the grammar nazi and correct their mistakes (three in two tweets…)

I guess I will have to follow up and give ’em a call when I get back from Scotland.
